Medi-Caps university, Indore organized international webinar on “E- EDUCATION: CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS” in association with Alma British Company, London, United Kingdom, and APBS Avicienne Business School, Tunisia, The objective of this webinar to make solutions for problems and challenges amid Covid 19 pandemic for E- Education .The speaker were DEXTER M. BALAJADIA, Dr. Karan Khurana , Dr. Kalai Selvan Arumugham Dr. Chai Ching Tan, LEONILO B. CAPULSO, Kamel Sellaoui from Philippines, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Tunisia.
More than 2000 participants from Philippines, Malaysia, and Uzbekistan Saudi Arabia and even from Yamane and Iraq, attended the live webinar.
Webinar is inaugurated by Vice chancellor Dr. Sunil. K Somani, Registrar Dr. Pradyumna Yadav and vote of thanks speech had given by Dr. Rashmi Somani. Dr. Ravindra Pathak, the webinar moderator took onus to conduct the whole event.
In this webinar Dr. Ravindra Pathak told that guest speaker Dr Dexter from Philippines beautifully narrated how COVID-19 is blessings in disguise.

Apart from that Dr Kalai, Malaysia discussed about the assessment amid COVID-19. Since it is difficult to see the students and their action during online teaching, assessment is the real challenge. He probed into assessment issues and suggested the solution by designing giving a new assessment system.
Academic associate of Medicaps university from Tunisia Dr Kamel delivered his talks on Edtech Landscape in the Post COVID-19 world. In his view MOOCs are threat to the universities. He also discussed about different models of online teaching.
An Intellectual man from management Dr Tan discussed about the complicated framework in a very simple way with finings of Personal and Environment factors as Stimulus; Professional efficacy and student psychological engagement as Organism result in career performance belief.
One more speaker Leolino of Philippines touched the issues of Challenges and coping mechanism in K-12 education in Philippines. He is critical about how to bring the system in place and time. He also explained that amid COVID-19 two modalities face to face and blended are no longer effective whereas distance learning and home schooling will be in place.
